  As the Project Controller, I partnered with the U.S. Agency for International development (USAID) and the Department of the Air Force, Army and Navy to aid the International Division in define project goals, developing and maintaining budgets, schedules and overseeing progress for approximately 50 projects monthly for multiple agencies.I traveled internationally on an extensive basis to oversee the establishment of support offices in Germany, Milan, Italy and London, England and oversaw operations for all 3 offices. I managed the complexities of Federal Acquisition Regulations for 3 offices and researched and established companies that handled the Value Added Tax (VAT Tax) billing system to handle the implications of doing business in overseas countries as a U.S. entity. I successfully overcame cultural and language barriers to establish, manage and run these operations across 3 different European countries. Show less

  I began my journey with Booz Allen in Jan 2004 where I served as consultant for program mgmt that involved DoD contracts. I conducted project contract execution for 25 projects valued at over $125M in support for the AF Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) BRAC prgm mngr. I was awarded the prestigious ‘Values in Practice’ Award in 2008. I was promoted to Lead Assoc in 2011 for Performance Based Remediation (PBR) Program, where I led a 75-member team with a $15M AF contract to deliver cross-functional support to the AFCEC. Through strategic program development, we changed the way the AF contracts for Environmental Restoration Services through comprehensive redesign of BRAC that centralized HQ budgeting & contract execution strategy and further saved the government $1.5M/yr in contractor support. The new contracting process also saved the Air Force $450M with PBR contracts over a 10-year period. My team developed a tracking methodology process for Unliquidated Obligations to meet the Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements and further returned money to the government in a timely manner for it to be used in other areas. In Jan 2015 I became the Lead Assoc for Mgmt and Operations Cost Saving Prgm, where I have built the the first of its kind department of Energy M&O cost saving program. My team analyzes and recommends strategic methodologies that has saved $326M within the first 4 years, while concurrently designing, adjusting, streamlining and establishing processes that has successfully integrated 2 formerly separate sites. Successfully renegotiated elements of the cost savings program to better align with execution realities while maintaining the integrity of the contract, and provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers to promote the achievement of business objectives.
