  Further honed my customer service skills and processes at City of Salisbury which improved the overall customer satisfaction within Council. Co-created new system implementation and reporting whilst employed by City of Salisbury.

  Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technology One Onecouncil for council. Implement system upgrades and changes on a clearly defined basis to ensure greatest possible experience for council. Assisting with implementation of new fit for purpose systems to council, focussing on ease of use as my overall goal. Whilst also backup SME for Infor Pathway and Technoogy One ECM and an array of other system applications utilised by City of Playford.
