American Red Cross Member (Nov. 2009- Present)A subclass of the American Red Cross Association consisting of Loyola students working to motivate the Loyola community to donate blood and become more involved in supporting the American Red Cross Society and their goals. Build and monitor templates to ensure maximum scheduling and patient flow across locations. Track employee and physician time off; updating calendars and filling time gaps. Monitoring of MIPS, performing attestation and updating workflows to increase performance and maintain positive payment adjustment.
