  Project manager in a web based start-up – alumni of Launchpad at the NDRC - It is a great chance to be involved in a project from the early stage and it has huge potential,. I also create digital content and undertake research in the field of funerals and grief. The challenge has been balancing commercial elements within such a sensitive area. In terms of planning, while using a collaborative approach, my focus has been on using project management techniques to define goals and targets in developing not just a website, but an audience and creation of a brand.
