      I am an Energy Assessor qualified to carry out level 3 and 4 in Non-Domestic Energy Assessments. In addition to this, I am trained to produce Domestic Energy Certificates and Display Energy Certificates. I also draw floor plans of residential properties for Miller Metcalfe Estate Agents..Over the last five years, I have produced Commercial EPCs on properties from small corner shops to multi-storey city centre office blocks. During this time, I have encountered a wide range of domestic and commercial properties. I have gained a wealth of experience whilst working for the independent estate agent Miller Metcalfe, an estate agent which has expanded from one branch in to six during the last five years.
