  I was appointed to oversee and optimise the end-to-end training and software experience within a leading estate agency. This agency serves over 180 branches across the UK and has strategic partnerships with some of the UK's largest property developers.____________________► I developed a comprehensive training program aimed at streamlining the entire process from the initial client contact to post-sale support.► I conducted organisational-wide analysis and collaborated with management-level stakeholders through regular meetings. I reported directly to the MD and worked closely with the Operations Director.► I established a structured meeting process to ensure that changes aligned effectively with training and business processes.► After identifying the absence of staff development plans, I launched a comprehensive 9-month training program that covered all necessary aspects.► I oversaw the development, delivery, and quality assurance of all learning and training programs, ensuring they adhered to company policies.► My responsibilities included planning and providing training and staff development programs, applying both management skills and software expertise.► Initially, I directed my focus toward branch-level operational staff, and later extended the training programs to include management. I facilitated remote training by enhancing software and processes in collaboration with Eurolink and our in-house developers.► I delivered these programs through various methods, including classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, seminar presentations, and workshops.   I managed a two-year initiative where I focused on the conception, development, and comprehensive testing of an innovative mobile application. The app featured unprecedented capabilities and was acclaimed for its unique customisable dietary planning technology. ____________________► I conceptualised and developed a technology-driven weight loss solution with the purpose of positioning it for profit-driven sale and acclaim in the global market. I further enhanced it through strategic partnerships with gyms, healthcare providers, and nutrition brands.► I oversaw all phases of an innovative app, #itsfine, and the full product development lifecycle, including UX, design, engineering and go-to-market strategy. We successfully launched the app in 2021, gaining over 10,000 downloads on the day of the launch following promotions on prominent media outlets such as Good Morning Britain, Sunday Brunch, and BBC News.► I was accountable for all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the go-to-market strategy.► Through strategic negotiation, I Hired the BodyCoach Operations Manager and a skilled development team for app creation.► I developed a weekly calorie target, adaptive calorie response system, and advanced swap replacement tool.► I formed a partnership with singer and television personality, Peter Andre, and went on to co-author a Sunday Times Best Seller in 2022.► Due to the success of the app, I negotiated a multi-million-pound acquisition deal, strategically positioning the technology for the next phase of growth and development.
