      Major Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:  Regional Coordinator of Trade Finance, Administration & Operation of Dhaka Region.  Ensuring settlement and reconciliation of Distributor Claim & Bills, Quality Complaint and D&D, Campaign bills, credit etc.  Develop and maintain annual and strategic financial forecasts in support of business planning activities and plans.  Oversee the operations of the finance services to ensure efficient and effective administration, accounting and reporting services of Dhaka Region.  Managing & reporting Regional Capes and F&SV budget.  Prepare and submit quarter financial reports to Head Office (HO).  Management of the annual financial audit of the Regional & Area office’s finances.  Tool of Trade related maintenance including all cars of Dhaka Region and all TM&D cars for monthly fuel billing & settlement.  In consultation with the Finance Team, oversee the development, management and monitoring of the annual operational budgets and financial forecasts.  Implement corporate financial policies, procedures and financial controls for the Regional & Area offices under Dhaka Region.  Manage Petty Cash, Sundry and overhead expense, Bank account Management  Support the creation and maintenance of positive human resource for ToT Cars & others  Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues.  Ensure that adequate controls exist to safeguard the assets of the Regional office.  Managing procurement in terms of vendor creation, purchase order raising and Ensuring that all procurement is in accordance with BATB guidelines.  Manage Distributors’ Agreements and property lease agreements.  Act as Fire Marshal and managing safe & secure working environment.
