      I worked with the Samal Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Youth, assisting in building organizational capacity and developed a project to build life skills in order to prepare them for a more independent life. Secured funding for several projects through grants and fundraising activities. Designed a bi-lingual website. Translated and wrote correspondence to our English, German, and Russian-speaking partners.

      Organized and managed AmCham's 14 working groups in Almaty, Astana, Atyrau and Aktau. Coordinated efforts in the 2nd stage of AmCham's advocacy project with the Prime Minister's office to suggest legislative changes in tax, rule of law, and legislation that affects foreign companies, thereby improving the quality of and increase in FDI in Kazakhstan. Wrote and ghost-wrote numerous articles for the Chamber's Investors' Voice bi-monthly magazine.
