  Working as Operations Planning Officer at British Council, leading Computer Based IELTS for south region and successfully managing its end-to-end operations.Having seven years of working experience with British council, successfully planned, and contributed to manage all exams products (CIE/Edexcel, APTIS, CFA, ACCA and SELT & NON-SELT IELTS). I have gain exposure of Exam operations, Administration, Management, Troubleshooting, Customer service Management and adherence of Quality assurance policies during my work at British council.I have led the launch of CD IELTS south region (KHI & Sukkur), successfully planning yearly exam plans of CD IELTS from its launch at ORS2 and PLAN Exams portal in coordination with UK team and national management.
