  Led a composite manufacturing seminar for an Air Force Research Lab group. I developed and built the molds before leading the engineers through a hands-on seminar laying up the molds via a wet carbon fiber layup process.

  Was heavily involved in the Formula SAE program at Virginia Tech as the Aerodynamics Subteam Leader. This led to the school's first production of a full, carbon fiber aero package that included an undertray/diffuser, front wing, and rear wing. Our team utilized available CFD resources to test and decide on component geometry. We were able to RP model parts to test in Virginia Tech's Open Jet wind tunnel in order to study flow attachment along our wing profiles. Our team built the aero component molds and final pieces. I was tasked with managing the wind tunnel testing procedure and body build specifications for the road course cars which led to a 33% win rate in 2018, a 67% win rate in 2019, and a 100% win rate in 2020 using the data acquired from my managed program leading into a significant reduction of wind tunnel hours in 2020.
