  In my role as Director of Sales, I spearheaded digital strategies that propelled revenue growth over the past four years, while ensuring profitability in the digital marketplace. I forged key partnerships with industry giants such as REI, Bass Pro, and Dick’s within the sporting goods and outdoor sector, expanding product assortments across all locations. This initiative led to increased in revenue and has laid the foundation for future growth, both in revenue and brand exposure. As sales manager of the Wolverine Kids Group, a $140 million footwear division of Wolverine Worldwide, I oversee a portfolio comprising six prominent brands: Stride Rite, Merrell, Sperry, Saucony, Keds, and Hush Puppies. My responsibilities encompass managing our brands' presence in the eCommerce marketplace, ensuring adherence to financial plans, profitability targets, and distribution strategies, all while safeguarding the integrity of our portfolio within the market. Managed sales, merchandising, and account profitability for premium national accounts within the Stride Rite Children’s Group. Oversaw National Sporting Goods and the Mall Specialty Channels, encompassing Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Acad-emy Sports, Big 5, Finish Line, Hibbett Sports, and Journeys Kidz.
