      Responsible for developing requirement documents, test and validation plans, product development specifications, and risk mitigation for emerging wheeled vehicle technologies.- Chief Engineer of the MRAP Cat. 3 MPCV "Buffalo" A1 vehicle program from 2003 to 2005. - Patent Holder for the ILAV (Iraqi Light Armored Vehicle) crew compartment.- Developed a unified datum and measurement system for the MRAP Cat. 2 "Cougar" A1 and A2 variants that allowed the manufacturing process times to be reduced by over 75%, over 3,500 vehicles built to this process to date. - Led the design team within the UK MoD to develop the TSV (Tactical Support Vehicle) – “Wolfhound” - coordinating efforts from multiple engineering teams and UK Ministries to test, develop, and build from prototype to production in less than 18 months.- Transitioned the “Cheetah A1” vehicle from R&D technology demonstrator to material release in preparation for the M-ATV program. Worked extensively with manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and robotic welding companies in preparation for the high volume, low cost manufacturing processes required while still maintaining design intent and survivability.
