This app and companion web application (https://sohdata.com) is meant to take extra un-necessary baggage out of Realtors’ shoulders. The iPad app is a way to collect Open House Visitors’ data and Web Application will integrate collected data with Follow-up schedule, Phone Validation to present it on one single unified way, it is accessible via any browser, especially meant for smartphones. The combination of an iPad app and Web Application will create a Profile of each Visitor and track their Open Houses (in-network) to let Realtor know if any of their old passive Lead is gotten active and started visiting Open Houses.
