  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To plan, understand and complete the allocated sample analysis or lab work with in the stipulated time with accuracy and precision strictly as per relevant SOPs coordination with respective Section In-charge. Ensure the performance of equipment / instrument before going to use it. If he feels any of needs to be changed, this is his duty to bring this to the notice of Section In-charge To ensure all the work conducted in the section. Meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, .accreditation bodies’ specific criterion and SGS Quality Management system and technical requirement and himself updated about such requirements. To be accountable for preparation and maintenance of reference standards- their stock solutions and working solutions and maintain the record of the same. Prepare chemical solutions for use in processing samples following standardized formulas or experimental procedures. Working with the section in charge ensuring the technical competency of the lab, as demonstrated by QA & QC activities, e.g. QC Reporting, proficiency testing, MU, method validation/verification. Ensure entry of results in C-class and documentation of raw data. To record and maintain the environment condition of the lab to meet the requirement of the testing being conducted in lab. To keep the chemicals, regents and supplies in the safe way to maintain the integrity of their properties and keep himself updated with the requirement of MSDS. To check the consumables and supplies for the suitability for required standard of analysis. To undergo audits and investigations as per the requirement of organizations and liaise with QA department of the lab and provide fullest support to them in order Maintain the integrity of Quality management system and quality of the services to the customers To practice the 5S concept at work place and in section. Attained Audit of NABL and perform the analysis and completed test without any variation.
