Pre-screened the applicants based on management criteria then contacted the candidates and scheduled the interviews. Received and escorted approximately 30 candidates through the interview process, provided company literature and attended the interviews. The company was able to fill 4 out of 5 management trainee slots by the end of my internship. Participated in a capacity maximization project for a nationwide tank truck motor carrier by conducting phone surveys with 62 terminal managers, compiled the data in excel and presented the results to management.
