This role was heavily customer service focused. I started as a daily rental assistant but within 6 months I was promoted to assistant rental manager and was responsible for the running of the Department. This role required the management of 2FTEs and a fleet of 60 cars. I relied on excellent communication and organisation skills to liaise and coordinate across City Peugeot including Sales, Admin, Accounts, Service, Parts and Valeting. Jun 2017 - Mar 2019
      Project Manager

Successfully delivered a complex, a £3.6 million mobile phone solution project at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London, the biggest construction project in the UK at the time, with all four UK operators joining the scheme. Success of the project was accomplished through a mixture of PRINCE2, AGILE and M_O_R, as well as ensuring vendors completed the construction as per Shared Access specifications, requirements, and timeline. Accountable for end to end project management, from detailed design, build and to project closure. This was a unique situation as the Stadium was construction site with all the challenges that this entailed. Worked in partnership with client, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and conflicts identified during construction, providing daily progress reports to the client, auditing documentation from vendors and ensuring close-out packages were delivered to the client in a timely manner. Assertively reduced total project costs by £800,000, this was achieved by collaborating with upper level management to drive key policy and process decisions, including the implementation of companywide Change Control procedure. Focused on vendor management and process improvements, executing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify all deliverables that needed to be completed to finish the project.Managed the delivery of Operator MER equipment including Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia RBS’s. Supervised the installation of Vodafone, Telefonica, 3UK, EE transmission equipment and connection to the POI within the MER. I was the onsite interface with all MNO’s and Landlord point of contact. I had the responsibility of ‘championing’ the Health and Safety of contractors working within the MER. To this end, I am qualified as a first aider, certified in IOSH Managing Safely and SMSTS.
