  • Integrated Security Solution (ISS) is a mega project worth INR 140 Cr. (22 Million USD). ISS is aimed at bringing in real time situational awareness by integrating Perimeter Intrusion Detection System(Smart fence installed on 17 Km) ,Access Control ,Video Management System with Command and Control platform which is operational 24*7 , and ensure suitable response to any security breaches into the premises. It also includes screening system and Intelligence Platform to carry out predictive analysis.• Front ended conceptualization and 360 degree engagements with multiple stake holders towards selection of business partner, Inspection of workmanship and solutions as per approved design and Performance Guaranteed Parameters (PGP)and carry out UATs ,leadership buy in and drive time line based closure and sensitize all stake holders for smooth roll out .• Actively participate in automation of processes, technical convergence and timely maintenance of installed security related equipment.
