I participated to the development and creation of the new European Distribution Center (EDC South) of the Schaeffler Group, aimed to the distribution of goods to the customers of the Southern European area. I also participated to the transportation tenders, aimed to assign such a service to external providers; in this phase, I analysed the supply of the various 3PL in order to compare them to the requests of Schaeffler in terms of costs and quality of the service.
