  As the founder of CodeX, my mission is to create a meaningful impact on society by addressing a critical need—helping students who are passionate about technology but lack the resources to develop their skills. My journey began with similar challenges; I struggled to hone my programming skills due to a lack of guidance and the absence of programming in my academic curriculum. This experience motivated me to launch CodeX, where we offer free resources and mentorship in programming, robotics, and graphic design.At CodeX, we connect students with like-minded peers, fostering collaboration and project-based learning that equips them with real-world skills that matter. Our initiative currently supports 600 students and is partnered with an NGO to extend our support to underprivileged students. We're committed to helping them grow and ensuring they have the opportunities to succeed in the tech world.We have been organizing both offline and online events and workshops to engage students and inspire them about the possibilities within the tech world.   I have led the technology department for GenXL India, where I conducted multiple workshops teaching underprivileged students about technology and website development. The most rewarding part was witnessing their growing interest in technology. Sharing my knowledge and helping them grow inspired me to connect with more students like them and raise the bar for everyone involved.Being the Tech Head allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals at GenXL, which contributed to my personal growth as well. I developed a unique approach to teaching website development by encouraging students to build their own personal websites and focus on perfecting CSS. This has been my key responsibility, and I’ve always enjoyed it. During my time at Optimyzers, I have generated over $2000 in profit for the company.
