      Making Tax Digital - £130 million, Large Scale Transformation Project:An IT Delivery lead working on a variety of programmes and projects during a time of significant change due to COVID 19 and EU Exit whilst also supporting large scale transformation to reduce HMRC’s technical debt. Working on HMRC’s Making Tax Digital project to deliver convergence and migration of all customer records across all tax regimes on to an SAP ERP (enterprise resource planning) system with links to HMRC’s business warehouse reporting systems.The project required extensive changes to our internal database and digital customer-facing services as well as a substantial amount of internal product creation and business change.
