  The Motor Activity Clinic (MAC) provides quality physical activity programming for Indianapolis-area children with disabilities. MAC serves children ages 3–14 and includes instruction on fundamental motor and aquatic skills. In this course, we were to help children with disabilities participate in physical activity. This clinic provided a service learning opportunity for IUPUI students, who work directly with participants.

It provides hands-on experience for exercise science and fitness management and personal training students in the School of Heath and Human Sciences. You'll be paired with a college student who will conduct an assessment of your health and fitness and design a personalized exercise program for you.
