Duties included bringing in the correct raw material, monitoring DCS to react batch and shipping to storage tanks. Continuous unit responsibilities were to monitor DCS to control levels in three separate loops. Maintaining adequate feed stock. Drying product for end users.

  Maintained ABB System Six DCS system. Worked with Chemical Engineers to implement modifications to the DCS code to enhance production. Fully automated continuous unit from a manual control scheme. Created graphics to truly reflect the actual unit for Operation Technicians. Created trends to monitor environmental requirements.
