  Responsible for leading account management teams in providing a high level of customer service for steady state and transition support. I had ownership of portfolio revenue and gross profit targets. Key contributor to sector success of 800M portfolio. Manage SLAs, process management, and new business engagement support. I directed the design-to-delivery customization of systems architecture for AS/400 (a.k.a. IBM iSeries) accounts – then considered one of IBM’s most profitable products. I am proud of our team’s efforts that ensured customer satisfaction and cemented IBM’s reputation for product reliability and integration ease. Building on my earlier years as a Systems Engineer, where I partnered with sales to land and grow new accounts and worked with C-suite and IT teams to drive new IT application implementation, I was promoted to support IBM’s entry into IT outsourcing. In this role, I ranked #1 in customer conversion – a status I attribute in large part to my focus on communications transparency throughout the sales pitch process.
