Still maintaining licenses in all 50 US states, I served as a final point of contact for customers in the claim process. At the front line of a startup operation specializing in the downstream handling of all types of auto and property claims in all 50 states. During this time, I was recognized for contributing numerous Enterprise-impacting ideas that were ultimately implemented and improved the efficiency in which claims were processed. Processed, paid and resolved minimally complex auto claims in 13 different states. Proactively stepped on as a subrogation liaison, bridging the information gap between individual Express teams and our subrogation department, influencing my direct team to refer more claims to our subrogation department than any Express team in the company on multiple occasions. 1 of only 48 dual trained associates in the Enterprise that participated in a startup of a new first notice of loss segment specializing in reporting and handling property claims. Directly contributed to establishing a company-wide baseline of procedures required to successfully operate. An accident scene first point-of-contact, I was responsible for the setup and initial handling of all available types of auto claims. Knowledgeable in the first phase of handling for claims involving everything from fatalities to specialty vehicles, to liability disputes, I successfully initiated claims for all downstream claim segments.
