  Sunbelt Land Development, Ltd. is a real estate investment company that focuses on self storage properties, as well as large tracts of land with future potential for residential or commercial development. Typical tracts are 5-10 years outside the path of growth. I am responsible for analyzing potential investments, negotiating land sale and gas lease contracts, as well as managing current holdings.

  Knickerbocker Land Services provided leasing and title services to oil & gas companies operating in the Barnett Shale. I was responsible for researching mineral ownership through deed records, negotiating leases with mineral owners, and analyzing previous lease records. Most of our work centered around Jack, Wise, Tarrant, and Denton counties. While working at Knickerbocker, I also maintained some of my previous responsibilities at Sunbelt Land Development, Ltd.
