  Responsibilities:Lead a team of 2 interns to help with the analysis of the various Government Department. Acted as a liaison between government agencies, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment of objectives for various initiatives. Engaged with 3 State department heads and conducted extensive research resulting in a comprehensive report on government policies and market trends, with an objective of reducing the overall problems to less than 50%. Collaborated with the National Savings Department of Kerala to analyse 3 major problems within and suggested innovative solutions for it. Played a key role in creating and implementing an impactful online awareness campaign for the Department of Dairy Development, resulting in a 50% increase in web portal users. Developed and delivered engaging presentations to senior management and department heads, effectively communicating complex analysis findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions. I received the Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of my significant contributions across multipledepartments including achieving a 10% improvement in process efficiency. Show less
