  Key Responsibilities •Determine the project team, materials, suppliers, and other necessary resources to complete the project under budget and ahead of schedule.•Creating the breakdown structure for each work package and subdividing the project work to smaller, easier manageable items and performing project management process through for activities through matters of scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, communications, and stakeholder.•Study the contract and the bid documents, compare it with the local regulations, in addition to review and approve any claims as extension of time or any additional payments.•Reviewing the quotations which be submitted from the different suppliers, subcontractors and any third-party shall be hired to complete any items according to the project specifications and standards.•Ensure the adherence with the company safety rules and foster the safety culture among the all-project team members in addition to reviewing the safety register according to local regulations.•Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as client and consultant’s representatives, electrical and mechanical engineers, and following up with quality control team to get the high-quality standards during the project.•Describe the plans and strategies for communication to all stakeholders and identify the individual and overall project risks to issue the risk register to consider the appropriate strategies for risk responds.•Ensure that the project achieves the business need through the different stages of the project and create appropriate close for every stage in the project till the final hand over of the project to authorities according to the regulations.•Implementation of cost control standards by estimating activities’ costs, spending plan, and update projected cash flow. Show less Key Responsibilities •Review all reports, internal and external which belong to the progress, cost, and schedule, also review risk register and NCRs and payments for sub-contractors and client and keep the senior management on track with the latest update.•Following up with quality control team to ensure the activities are going on according to the specifications, the high-quality standards, and the building codes, also every item during execution shall follow the local authorities during all the project phases.•Review and check the list of the required technical submittals as drawings, materials, method of statements, and the baselines to get the approval from the different authorities.•Implementing company Policy, ethical and professional standards of workplace environment.•Following up with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to revise and approve the internal and external payments in parallel with revision the BOQ and project specifications and identify type of the contract with the different subcontractors (fixed firmed – time and material contracts - cost reimbursable contract).•Follow up with the safety manager to avoid any accidents in site and to be updated with latest local regulations and continuing inspection on materials to check if there is anything may affect negatively on persons or environment.
