  Results Achieved With the support of the Senior Management Team (SMT), grew the company employees from 10 to 230 employees. Management and support of the water team, built and rehabilitated long-lasting reservoirs and water structures for the people of Somaliland. Management and support of the education team run and maintain 18 public schools for the Early Childhood Development Program and annually over 5,000 students benefit. Maintained other three public schools including Sheikh Secondary School, in which the Foundation subsidizes over 60 percent. Management and support of the Agriculture Team trained and capacity-built over 300 small-holder farmers.
