  I taught 4th grade science and social studies in the 2011-2012 school year. I then taught 5th grade math and science in the 2012-2013 school year. I was also a varsity football coach and student mentor in one of the lowest socioeconomic School Districts in the United Sates.I was responsible for achieving 30% growth for 113 4th and 5th grade students; a goal that we exceeded both years. I was also responsible for leading the 5th grade team in scheduling, curriculum strategies, maintaining parent contact, field trips, and daily activities both in and out of the classroom environment.   6th Grade Science Teacher

  At Rocky Mount Prep, I taught 6th grade science to 120 scholars. I engaged students in regular lab activities, integrated progressive technology in the classroom environmenent, and maintained constant parent contact.I was also a Varsity football assistant and the JV Head Baketball Coach for the Rock Mount Prep High School.
