As well as developing THINK TANK Manual and Policy and Procedures Manual. • Processed of sensitive billing information for students registered for Grad Test Prep course (i.e. credit card processing using Dial-by-pay)• Approved payroll of tutors using UAccess.• Arranged for hotel, catering, and miscellaneous arrangements in regard to in-state travel and events such as the THINK TANK staff retreat.
