      Echar Pa' Lante (EPL) is an action-oriented, collective impact initiative, focusing on developing the entrepreneurial sector in Puerto Rico and promoting Education through numerous efforts, mainly the EPL School Communities Program.]Directed the launch and expansion of the EPL School Communities Program in the Western Region of Puerto Rico. The project's main objectives are to significantly reduce dropout rates, improve academic performance and foster a new generation of entrepreneurs among Puerto Rico's youth.After a successful initial phase, the program scaled from 5 to 14 schools. Following a successful second year, the initiative scaled again to a total of 21 schools, covering the entire western region of the island, with presence in 18 cities. The program currently benefits over 7,000 students from 7th, 8th and 9th grade.
