       Processes company’s payroll every pay period Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data Coordinate with HR department to obtain monthly new joined, resigned status changes information every month, check for discrepancies and ensure timely correct disbursement of salary. Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review Preparing reports, making statutory dues including profession tax, provident fund, TDS, and gratuity.  Processing full and final settlement of resigned employees. Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. investment declaration, salary certificates, tax returns  Processing employee’s provident fund transfer and withdrawal claims.  Ensuring employee benefits including reimbursement as per rules and regulations of income tax act  Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns Responsible for Monthly payroll provisions accounting in tally  Handling employee’s queries related to salary, full and final and provident fund. Responsible for taking of employees travel claims, vouching claims submitted by employees, ensure timely settlement of travel claims and accounting travelling expenses in tally. Statutory / Legal Audit carried out by internal and external auditors appointed by Management - Interacting with Auditors and providing them with all necessary documents for audit process Provide support in ROC compliances including preparing returns and online payment, managed related record maintenance, handled others related filling like Directors appointment and resignation.
