  Operational Excellence Manager in Yorkshire's Flagship Megastore and in the Top 10 for the UK.Initially moved over to the store as a Sales Manager for the computing department on the back of the success of the previous store before moving into the Operational Excellence Manager role. This was on the back of the Covid-19 restructuring. During the Pandemic I continued with my self development and became a Mental Health First Aider as well as obtaining the Governments Covid-19 Psychological First Aid qualification.As well as doing my current role I support the store through effective shop floor management, as well as effectively rostering all the colleagues in branch whilst adhering to payroll budgets. I ensure the store not only achieves but excels in its Shoplive sales targets. I am constantly looking at customer feedback to identify ways in which we can improve the overall customer experience in store. I successfully organised and hosted a product roadshow for the region, which involved liaising directly with our suppliers to provide dedicated training on their products to ensure colleagues were up-skilled in a fun and engaging evening.
