      SEIT Lead-Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) lead responsible for integration, ship interface management, requirements and acceptance management, architecture development, and configuration management of an International Navy System. Responsible for facilitating several Formal Design Reviews including SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, PRRs, and TRRs requiring extensive customer interaction and international travel. CAM responsible for all SEIT budgets, schedule, and EVMS. Developed, reviewed, approved, and delivered hundreds of export controlled CDRLs. Managed a $1 Million budget to develop, fabricate, and test a Brassboard which successfully demonstrated full rearm rate with multiple ammunition types.Proposal Chief Engineer- Chief Engineer for a $5 Million LCAR Technical demonstration proposal.Gun Mount Lead Engineer- Developed a Gun Mount for the FCS Cannon and Mortar vehicles. Responsible for managing a 10 $Million budget to design, detail and fabricate the structure and recoil system.VEE Windows Lead Engineer- Lead engineer responsible for developing the design for VEE (Vehicle Emergency Egress) windows. Took the design from concept phase to production in 4 months. Developed a solution in one month that met the specification.Mission Equipment Integration Lead- Worked design related issues with the ammunition handling and resupply of 155mm ammunition. Responsible for design integration, interface development, interference detection, and EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) development.- Worked systems integration issues with 120mm Mortar ammunition handling, resupply, transportability, armor and crew interfaces.
