Responsible for heading product development initiatives through R&D in the company, implementation of SMS and Value-Added Services as well as planning of new services and aligning marketing processes to promote current and new products. I also played an instrumental role in facilitating deliverables required for new products and services, strategic planning, technical development, and budget management. The role required to provide technical development services in SMS and value-added services. My responsibilities included providing all required reports in the value-added section and ensuring that all procedures adhere to ISO standards. I was also responsible for the daily maintenance and day to day management and operations of the VAS systems. This included daily routines, programming, and upgrades to the systems.
