      -Oversee the social compliance performance for the related regions and maintain a high standard in supply chain. -Assist in shaping global social compliance strategies and the program direction and priorities. Show less Role:The Senior Social Compliance Engineer will assist in the design, modification, improvement and execution of Avery social compliance internal audit program globally. This role is the primary execution agent of Global Social Compliance program and will work regularly with regional management teams to drive towards continuous social compliance improvement in AD facilities and assist subcontractors if needed.Main responsibilitiesOverall in charge of our Social Compliance program, focusing on RBO audit & ICAP internal/ external audit for AD facilitates as well as the monthly reporting and program design.-Drive the implementation of the internal compliance audit program in all selected plants through training, development and capacity building.-Ensure compliance through regular inspections and reporting.-Review, analyze and report compliance discrepancies for all facilities.-Investigate problems, develop solutions and teach sites to develop sustainable corrective actions for compliance discrepancies.-Create, review, and approve changes to the compliance system process to devise best practices and reduce process variation.-Interface with EHS and HR teams at local, regional and global levels to ensure adequate staff training for audits and corrective action process is achieved.-Develop and implement tools and resources to sustain programs and initiatives.-Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and integrate audit or investigation findings into supplier and factory development and remediation efforts.-Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
