  As a CPO of Kyivstar I was responsible for all company's VAS, Customer Equipment, Innovations and new business development. During these four years we have managed to grow VAS revenues, to increase number of VAS users and to introduce such an innovative products as:- Mobile payments - payments for the goods and services from the core balance of Kyivstar customers. The uniqueness of the product in it's technology, regulatory and taxation models and usability;- Kyivstar owned smartphones - in order to increase VAS usage and overall data penetration and revenue we have decided to introduce branded and preconfigured smartphones;- VoD library, E-reading - in order to differentiate, increase VAS revenue and data penetration we have implemented operator - owned and branded VoD and E-reading services/libraries;- Kyivstar FTTB project: I was participating in the working group of this project and was responsible for customer equipment, DPI tools and VoD library;- NFC payments: Kyivstar in cooperation with Alfa-bank and Mastercard was the first operator in Ukraine to implement SIM-based NFC payments. Show less In 2007 I was promoted to the head of department position. In my area of responsibility were all products with all technologies for all the segment of users (B2B&B2C), all partnerships, overall company VAS revenue and roadmap responsibility. Below are the key projects which were implemented by me and my team during 2007-2010 period:- 3G national roaming for Kyivstar customers: due to delays with 3G license we have decided to implement 3G national roaming for Kyivstar subscribes in the 3G network of state-owned monopoly Utel. In my area of responsibility was: development of technological solution (in cooperation with people from technology), commercial modelling and forecasting, development of usability and customer care principles and branded operator data-equipment for data users;- Migration of Beeline Ukraine customers to Kyivstar network: there was a project to merge two telecom assets (Beeline and Kyivstar) owned by the same shareholders into one - Kyivstar. I was responsible for the stream related to the migration of the customers and VAS platforms (commercial part). Show less After 3 years in product development specialist role I was promoted to the head unit position and my area of responsibility was extended with: 3rd party multimedia services, call completion services, basic telecom services and mobile financial services.Below are the key projects and products were started/implemented during this period of time:- Introduction of EDGE: I was responsible for forecasting (users, SAU, ADPU), business case development, rollout prioritisation, interaction with MarCom&Pr, negotiations with handset manufacturers, cooperation with technical development and maintenance functions;- Introduction of MMS: I was responsible for forecasting (users, AMPU, ADPU), business case development, interaction with MarCom&Pr, handset manufacturers management, coordination of technical development and maintenance functions and management of content-providers;- In 2005 introduction on D-jingle service: this was one of the most innovative, technologically complex and commercially successful operator-owned VAS on the market - 10 million users and millions of dollars in revenues. I was responsible for overall project management and content partnerships. Show less In 2001 I have started my product development career. During first 3 years in product development specialist position I was responsible for development and popularization of mobile data and content services:- Popularization of WAP-access to the Internet (WAP was launched in 2000): I was working with MarCom, PR and Call center on popularization and knowledge building, with technical department on capacity planning, coverage, QoS and billing and with handset manufacturers on preconfiguration of devices;- Development and promotion of operator-owned WAP/WEB portal StarPort: management of in-house developers, building the partnerships with content providers, cooperation with internal PR&MarCom on promotion for the customers;- In 2002-2003 I was responsible for rolling out of GPRS and GPRS roaming for Kyivstar customers: forecasting (subscribers, data volumes), business case development, development of rollout principles, development of charging principles, preparation of educatiuonal and promotional materials for internal and external clients.   In 2014 I’ve decided to move to private sector and during 2014-2016 period I was working on the following projects:- Cash-in kiosks and Cash Depositing Terminals for Polish and Indian markets. I was responsible for designing and prototyping of equipment, market studies, preliminary negotiations with banks and retailers, studying the regulatory requirements, competitive environment and logistics;- Automated Fare Collection System for public transport in Kyiv, L'viv and Vinnytsia.   I'm a co-founder of an online lending company which was built from the scratch by me and my partners. On a different phases of company/project development I was responsible for different areas:- Initial phase (development): coordination of design agency on mockups, usability and design, coordination of developers (who was developing our platform), integrations with 3rd parties (PSP, credit bureaus, SMS/Viber providers, external services (Google, Clarify, etc)), coordination of marketing agency on promo strategy and coordination of legal stream on taxes and regulatory;- Start-up: aquisition of new users, new partnerships with CPA partners and banks, management of marketing and digital agencies on promotional strategy execution;- Now: I'm responsible for strategic partnerships and fund-rising.
