  I have been elected to become the president for AIESEC in Leeds for the coming term 24.25. I will be representing the local committee on a national level, attending meetings and facilitating the committee by assigning roles to vice presidents and following up with them. I am ambitious in my objectives as president and wish to be able to achieve them over my term time while guaranteeing sustainability for the future terms. In December 2023, I was elected to be the Vice President of Talent Management for the Leeds Committee. I will be in charge of recruitment, managing the organisation’s social media accounts, retaining members, holding get-togethers, holding meetings and carrying out surveys. I have joined AIESEC in October 2023 as a member of the Leeds Committee. AIESEC is a non-profit youth-run organisation that aims to help youth around the world discover their leadership potential and gain valuable experience through global exchanges and workshops. As a committee member, I will be actively promoting AIESEC to young people of ages 18-30
