  I was GET at L&T. I was engaged with new product developement program of LPG dispenser.This was the first Indian LPG dispenser deisgned including the hydraulic circuit, hydraulic metering system, electronic interface, electronic logic with integrated temperature and pressure compensation. The system elcosed with fire proof enclosure along with the safety accessories.I also was responsible for managing the Turn-key projects as a project engineering. Strategized & enabled the team growth by establishing Research, Development and Engineering projects for the portfolio, built the strong team of 15+ engineers with specific roles impacting global projects. Leaving behind the strong connect and communication channels with global counterparts and cross function teams.Established Hose portfolio for UK based plant with solid long term capability development plan. Revitalized the high performance work team with 3X growth in head count and work portfolio.Lead the organizational portfolio establishment and tracking mechanism, establishing the work portfolio reporting and dashboard for the project being worked by 600+ associates across EIIC.Established and championed continuous improvement culture, deck, projects and people development drive thru training and mentoring.
