Here I would serve guests and help them with any queries they had.I also undertook training to further enhance my hospitality skills, meaning that I know how to effectively communicate with customers within a work environment, which it transferable across various fields.Here I also showed vast commitment to the company, for example, I helped the company over Christmas whilst being at my home. This involved a 2+ hour commute between Stoke-on-Trent and Oldham, including on both Christmas day and on Boxing day 2018, as I was keen to support the business on two of their busiest days of the year.
