Facilitated support of wireless CDMA product new product introduction, trial, E2E testing, first office application, and generic availability for China Unicom and China Telecom customers.

Increased team productivity 25%, saved over $200K in travel costs, and decreased deployment duration and service times by creating virtual parallel lab environment in addition to E2E customer lab environment. Also received “Nokia Appreciate Excellence Award” for creating a virtual lab.Recognized $12M in revenue and new contract for increasing network capacity to 1M small cells in deployment of multiple software releases in T-Mobile network including key feature NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things) and was recipient of “Nokia Appreciate Excellence Award for delivery of this key feature.
