Other key successes during this part of my career is below: • Developing business under a new license: After acquiring a new license, we converted multiple number of existing A&H Standalone products to work under new license.• Outbound Telemarketing (OTM) Campaign: Launched first ever OTM campaign using an overseas call center to call our own database. Our objective was to identify the challenges and study feasibility of this type of campaign. • Introducing new Incentive Bonus for Channel of Distribution: To motivate Agency channel of distribution to sell more A&H and to make up their income from A&H, we introduced several incentive bonus schemes which worked well. • Design and Develop Expatriate Insurance: To cater insurance needs of the Bangladeshi expatriates seeking employment overseas, we studied dynamics and players of the manpower industry and accordingly developed Expatriate Insurance. কম দেখুন

Did market segmentation and re-positioned product for the right segment which generated quadruple digit growth. Developed partnership with value added service providers. Reporting to country CMO and DGM, Kamruzzaman helped set up CMO organization. Worked closely with Hong Kong-based regional CMO to develop advanced data analytics strategy & implemented those with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia -based MetLife Asia Center of Excellence for Data Analytics (COEDA) team. Conducted 2 training programs at Yangon, Myanmar for selected employees of local life and non-life insurance companies, regulators, ministry of finance, and students of Yangon University of Economics with support from MetLife representative office.
