      My job as a technical service desk Analyst involves, taking calls from users store wide and attempt to rectify or repair any issues they may have with their pc/mac. This would be anything from user creation in Active directory to account lockouts in SAP. If the issue I have cannot be resolved by me, I then gather all the information and log it through to the End user computing team or the Retail systems Services team.
