  I am in Schneider's training program to become a Sales Engineer in the critical infrastructure industry. In this industry, Sales Engineers take on a unique role of engineering consultancy. This means that we are the face of the company to our clients. We interact with operators, engineers, and decision-makers for the sole purpose of helping the company succeed in reaching its goals. Three BIG categories for continual improvement within critical infrastructure include: Safety, Sustainability, and Efficiency. In other words, we help companies protect their workers, protect civilians, save the planet, and earn more money so they can keep growing every year. This involves discussions to collaboratively identify greatest concerns and which steps will result in the best outcomes for their systems. Our job is do so well for our clients that they will be willing and eager to partner with us in their future projects. It's all about helping others succeed.Since I am in the training program, I am helping our team of Client Sales Executives to crush their quotas by assisting them in their roles. I also get to visit client sites to listen in on decision-making conversations. This job never gets old. I am excited to keep helping. #keephelping Show less
