Executed the 2 X W20V34DF (~137 ton) engine foundation surface preparation within limits & and placed safely. ii. Monitored the placement of the following Engine auxiliary equipment as per Wartsila guidelines and unit location drawings, Engine Auxiliary module, Engine Fuel Booster, Mixed Cooling Appendix, Exhaust gas modules, Heat Exchangers, Oil bath charge air filters, Exhaust gas silencers.iii. Installation of the HFO Separator modules, HFO/LFO transfer & feeder pumps & compact gas ramp module.iv. 06 X radiators, 02 X expansion vessel rigging activity (~120ft) and placed them on their steel structure. v. Fabrication & installation activities of the steel structure of EGM & Exhaust gas structure. Furthermore, assembled and installed the prefabricated Engine maintenance platform & auxiliaries’ platform. vi. Fabrication, welding & installation activities for the Maintenance water tank (~6m3), Intake air ducting (DN600), Exhaust gas ducting (DN1200) & intake offset pieces.vii. Installed all the flexible hoses (Starting/instrument air, Lube oil, Pilot Fuel, Main Fuel, Clean/dirty fuel, oil mist) & bellows (Water, Intake air & exhaust gas) of the engines. ix. Fabrication & Installation activities of all the relevant piping of all the modules (Water, Steam, Fuel, Air, Gas, Sludge & LO). x. Pre-commissioning activities & performed the pressure testing - hydro testing, Pickling / Flushing of all the relevant piping. Show less
