  I enhanced operational effectiveness, driving special projects of £5M in extreme conditions and managed fleet of 400 including test equipment with a value of over £40M. This role also required overseeing vital engineering systems, operational processes and auditing structures across multi technical workshops and instilling best practices and identifying inadequate processes and procedures, which I achieved through devising a comprehensive audit programme. As a Training and Equipment Support Manager I delivered expert technical trade training sessions to over 150 personnel, managed a £1.4M instructional budget, steered implementation of new legislation as an Environmental Safety Manager and devised teams for deployment across global engineering projects. Other duties included validation of technical processes, addressing areas for improvement, implementing corrective action and carrying out audits focused on managerial and mechanical processes.

  In my current role I accelerate business operations across 12 national dealers, am accountable for national fleet customer accounts and coordination of key global projects. A significant part of my role is to ensure I cultivate valuable relationships with stakeholders across Scotland and North England, overseeing all aftermarket operations. I recently eliminated product issues and augmented customer confidence, devising and implementing a customer rework programme.Using my MSc thesis, I have been instrumental in securing the introduction of Electric Buses at scale in my region.
