Recorded highest growth rate in Lubricants sales with 250% so far in the current year. Incharge for both sales and operations team handling 1 major supply location and 220 retail outlets in five districts namely Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Virudhunagar, Tenkasi & Kanyakumari districts. Involved in various customer acquisition activities in marine sector & minor sector. Added 45 new retail outlets to the network and revived 5 closed outlets. Marketing Coordinator for entire Bengaluru city, Tumkur, Kolar & Chikkaballapur districts and handled 225 retail outlets. Actively involved in network expansion by adding up more than 150 outlets to the network leading to tremendous market share growth. Area Sales Manager for a Metro city market Bengaluru and incharge for 45 retail outlets monitoring their customer service standards, upkeeping, Conducted various driveway sales men/women training and engaging Channel Partners in various customer centric activities and ensured market leader for the year 2015-2016. Had an opportunity to interact various tech savys of Bengalure visiting our outlets for their fueling needs. Commissioned 5 new outlets in a very prime loactions of Bengaluru city. Sales Manager looked after 65 outlets in one of the prime districts Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh. Involved in various customer centric sales promotional activities and added 22 new retail outlets to the network during my tenure. Had an opportunity to interact with various pilgrims visiting Tirupati from all over the country. Awarde as best Sales Manager for the year 2011-2012 for recording highest marker share growth in HSD all India. Sales Manager for the outlets in one of the najor districts of Andhra Pradesh Kadapa. Looked after around 60 Retail outlets and ensured proper upkeep and customer service are maintained at all times. Added 20 new retail outlets to the network during my tenure. Awarded at best Sales Manager all India for recording highest market share growth in MS (Petrol) Sales for the year 2009-2011. Incharge for all the allied retail business for all non fuel retail activities across all BPCL retail outlets in Andhra Pradesh. Involved in commissioning several 'In & Out' convenience stores and Quick serve restaurants in several districts of Andhra Pradesh. Supply chain management of Petroleum products like receipt through pipeline transfer & tank wagons, storage of product in tanks and dispatching to various outlets in Hyderabad ensuring safe practices at all times.
