  • Overall Supervision for overhauling of main equipments in collaboration of respective vendor’s specialist of all pumps, compressors and Turbines of the Fertilizer plant.• Coordinate for developing and maintaining the history records and daily maintenance sheets & level setting of spares.• Established & organized a department named C&T department for the plant & also prepared a skilled & qualified team for it.• Supervision for overhauling of following main equipment in collaboration of respective vendor’s specialist i.e M/s Turbomach, M/s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Japan, M/s Shinko Japan & M/s PM Control Singapore. - Turbine for Power Generation at Power House of 11MW.- Synthesis Gas Compressor’s Turbine (A-103-J/JT) of 7.6 MW.- CO2 Compressor’s Train (UGB-GT - 101) of 4.6 MW Turbine.- Cooling Water Circulation pump’s Turbines (CGT-3301 A~C) of 863 KW.• Developed and maintained the history records and daily maintenance sheets & level setting of spares.• Worked on an assignment to investigate about Dry Gas Seal’s failure at High Pressure CO2 compressor with collaboration of Vendor’s specialists John Crane, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. & Toyo Engineering Corporation Japan.• Complete erection & commissioning of Gas Turbine of 7.5 MW along with its piping and auxiliary equipments.• Field repair & exchange activity of Gas Turbine.Revamp Project (2009-2010) Act as Project Manager (Machinery) for the Revamp Project of Capacity Enhancement of the existing plant. Responsibilities of jobs are:• Indenting and technical evaluation of all machines • Erection of machines along with piping jobs & strengthening of civil foundations.• Replacement of MHI Air, Synthesis and CO2 machines with new one including auxiliaries.• Installation of Woodward digital governor (Redundant Type) for Air machine.• Commissioning and start up of all machines.
