Administrative duties includes: On-boarding all new hires for the branch, processing HR paperwork for incoming new hires and terminated employees, weekly staff meeting set-up, preparing meeting agenda, drafting staff minutes and finalizing for distribution to all staff, monitoring financial reports, gathering loan financial data from team members for a monthly report to the Area Manager, ordering and monitoring supplies, payment of invoices, check requests, investigate account payable issues, data entry of borrower information for monthly reports, set-up branch and area sales manager meetings/trainings/events as needed. Position requires excellent administrative, organizational, facility monitoring and customer service skills as well as the ability to work independently, with little or no supervision. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Calendaring, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, ACT database, Internet and Wells Fargo software applications. Show less

By working with their teacher, and approved school reading tools, I help the child on a one-on-one basis achieve the reading skills at their grade level. Grade levels are K thru 3rd grade.
