      Manage the team responsible for supporting T24 applications and services to ensure applications stability in production and that monitoring is being performed and SLAs are being met.Ensure that deployments and implement requested Change requests related to T24 Apps are done on-time with no issues via performing the needed post production checks.Ensure that monitoring the T24 application is in place with the needed health checks and new alarms creation to assure overall performance and eliminate any negative issues in order to maintain the service availability.Ensure Tickets are answered within SLA and automation for chronic ones to be done and handed to Operations/Service Desk teams.Participate in the selection and the evaluation process of any software or solution related to T24 application to be sure it is matching with Bank and support strategy.Maintain regular contact with T24 application vendors to ensure continues and effective support.
